Team17, a leading global independent ("Indie") games developer and publisher of premium video games and apps, announces the appointment of Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as the Company's Nominated Adviser with immediate effect. Peel Hunt and Jefferies International Limited will continue to act as Joint Corporate Brokers.

In addition, the following information is being disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
