On January 28, 2015 , TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company’s first quarter results for fiscal 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.

On January 28, 2015 , the Company issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Broadband Network Solutions Business. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
