On March 31, 2026, TD SYNNEX Corporation (“TD SYNNEX”) issued a press release regarding TD SYNNEX’s financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended February 28, 2026 and the announcement of a dividend in the amount of $0.48 per common share in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026.
