Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
