The Nomination and Remuneration Committee inter alia, considered and recommended to the Board, re-appointment of Mr. K K Kanoria, Executive Chairman, Mr. Saket Kanoria, Managing Director and Mr. Akshay Kanoria, Executive Director of the Company for a further term of three years with effect from 01.10.2021, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
