We wish to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held today at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.20 p.m. The Board of Directors pursuant to recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee considered and approved, re-appointment of Mr. K K Kanoria, Executive Chairman, Mr. Saket Kanoria, Managing Director and Mr. Akshay Kanoria, Executive Director of the Company for a further term of three years with effect from 01.10.2021, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 is attached.
