M/s VKM & Associates (firm) is two decade old Mumbai based practicing Company Secretary firm, established in the year 1999, with partners namely Mr. Vijay Kumar Mishra B. Com (Hons.), F.C.A, F.C.S. having 20 years experience and Mr. Paresh D Pandya, B Com LLB, ACS having 15 years experience. The Firm has furnished and technology updated Office at 116, Trinity Building, 227, DR CH Street, Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 002. The firm specializes in Secretarial Audit functions and handles Secretarial Audit of several listed Companies and unlisted Companies. Apart from specialized Secretarial Audit functions and regular stock exchange compliances / certification matters, the firm also specializes in matters pertaining to Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, National Company Law Board Tribunal. The partners of the firm also appear before SEBI in adjudication matters. Trainee Company Secretaries are in regular employment of the firm and it has sufficient qualified Company Secretary staff, to handle the back-office operation of the firm
