Re:- Notice of Board Meeting to be held on 30[th] May, 2019 and closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 30[th] May, 2019 at the registered Office of the Company, situate at Empire Mills Complex, 414, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400 013, to inter-alia :-

1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31[st] March, 2019.

2. Consider and approve Audited Financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2019.

3. Consider and recommend dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2019.

4. Consider matter relating to ensuing Annual General Meeting.

In view of the clarification issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on 2[nd] April, 2019 regarding commencement of trading restriction period not later then end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, the Trading Window has been closed from 3[rd] April, 2019 and shall open 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31[st] March, 2019
