With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 11[th] February, 2019, to inter-alia consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended 31[st] December, 2018.
