The annual general meeting of TCM Group A/S will be held on the 11th of April 2019 at 5 p.m. (CET) at Skautrupvej 22b, Tvis, 7500 Holstebro, Denmark.
The notice and the agenda for the annual general meeting are attached to this announcement. The latter shows that Danny Feltmann Espersen, CEO of Menu and with an extensive management career at KappAhl, Bang & Olufsen and Hennes & Mauritz is being proposed as new Board Member by the Board of Directors of TCM Group. In relation hereto the chairman of TCM Group A/S Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae states:
”We are very pleased to announce that such a competent and experienced profile like Danny Feltmann Espersen is willing to join the Board of Directors of TCM Group A/S. Danny will contribute with his strong background within Nordic retail including digital execution as well as experience within interior design, and Danny will support TCM Group’s continued growth on the Scandinavian kitchen markets.”
