Major shareholder announcement

Referring to section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, TCM Group A/S (the "Company"), can inform, that Innovator International S.à r.l. has notified, that it has sold 1,965,563 shares in the Company, corresponding to 19.66 % of the total share capital and of the voting rights.

Following the sale, Innovator International S.à r.l. does not own shares in the Company.
