Notice is hereby given under section 38 of the Capital Markets Act that TCM Group A/S (the “Company”) has been informed about the following holdings of shares in the Company.

Ole Lund Andersen, the Company's CEO, has on 1 March 2018 bought a total of 9,400 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.1 each (total nominal value of DKK 940) in the Company.

The Shareholder now has a direct holding of 504,004 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.1 each (total nominal value of DKK 50,400.4) in the Company, corresponding to 5.04 % of the voting rights.
