Peter Jelkeby resigns from the Board of Directors of TCM Group

Independent board member Peter Jelkeby resigns from the Board of Directors of TCM Group as of 31 January as he will start a job which is deemed conflicting with the interests of TCM Group.

The Board of Directors of TCM Group will hereafter consist of Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae (chairman), Anders Skole Sørensen (deputy chairman), Carsten Bjerg and Søren Mygind Eskildsen, all elected by the annual general meeting. It is the intention to propose a new board member for election by the annual general meeting.
