Born 1959, Danish citizen and professional board member since 2013.

From 2006-2013 Carsten Bjerg was CEO and Group President of Grundfos Holding A/S.

Carsten Bjerg is member of Board of Directors at Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Rockwool International A/S (vice chairman), MT Højgaard A/S, Dansk Smede- og maskinteknik A/S and Agrometer A/S.

Carsten Bjerg is chairman of Board of Directors at Ellepot A/S, Guldager A/S, PCH Engineering A/S and Bogballe A/S.

The Board of Directors proposes Carsten Bjerg on the basis of his CEO experience and his extensive board experience.

Carsten Bjerg is proposed as an independent candidate.

Søren Mygind Eskildsen:

Born 1972 and Danish citizen.

Søren Mygind Eskildsen is CEO of Louis Poulsen A/S and got an extensive management career from Danfoss Group, Exhausto A/S and Logstor A/S respectively.

Søren Mygind Eskildsen has been Member of Board of Directors at Fiberline A/S since 2009.

The Board of Directors proposes Søren Mygind Eskildsen on the basis of his COO/supply chain experience.

Søren Mygind Eskildsen is proposed as an independent candidate.
