T.CLARKE PLC (the "Company")

SAVINGS RELATED SHARE OPTION SCHEME - GRANT OF OPTIONS

On 11 October 2013, directors of the Company were granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("shares") under the T.Clarke plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme"). 

Details of the directors and the number of shares over which options were granted to them under the Scheme are as follows:

Mike Crowder	1,666	54.00p /share
Martin Walton	1,666	54.00p /share

The above represents the maximum number of options available to the directors under the rules of the Scheme.  No consideration was paid for the grant of the options.

Options may normally be exercised during the six months following the Maturity Date at the end of the three-year savings period.  The Maturity Date is 1 January 2017.

Following the grant of the options under the Scheme these individuals hold the following beneficial interests in the issued share capital of the Company:
