The Company announces that Aysegul Sabanci, Non Executive Director of the Company, has advised the Company that she inadvertently purchased 44 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 128.4p per share on 4th March 2024 during the closed period relating to the Company's year-end report. This de minimis number of shares were disposed of at a loss on 9th April 2024 for 121.7p.
