Director / PDMR Shareholding

TClarke plc ("the Company") has today received notification that Mr Tony Giddings, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at 44 pence per share on 30th October 2014. This purchase was undertaken in order to comply with the company's articles on minimum shareholding requirements for board members.

Following this transaction Mr Giddings now has beneficial interests in 2,000 Shares.  This amounts to less than 0.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
