TClarke plc ("the Company") has received notification that Mr David Henderson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 23,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at 70 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Henderson now has beneficial interests in 23,000 Shares.   This amounts to less than 0.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
