TClarke plc is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of 8 October 2014, Danny Robson has been appointed to its Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.

Danny holds 1,451,906 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing approximately 3.51 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Group.

There are no matters to be disclosed in respect of his appointment under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
