TCL 集团股份有限公司（以下简称“发行人”）公开发行不超过人民币60 亿 元公司债券已获得中国证券监督管理委员会证监许可[2016]346 号文核准。根据 《TCL 集团股份有限公司2016 年面向合格投资者公开发行公司债券（第一期） 发行公告》，TCL 集团股份有限公司2016 年面向合格投资者公开发行公司债券（第 一期）（以下简称“本期债券”）基础发行规模为40 亿元，可超额配售不超过20 亿元，发行价格为每张100 元，采取网下面向合格投资者询价配售的方式发行。

本期债券发行时间为2016 年3 月16 日至2016 年3 月17 日，最终发行规模 40 亿元，具体发行情况如下：品种一（三年期，证券代码：“112352”，证券简 称：“16TCL01”）发行规模25 亿元，票面利率3.08%；品种二（五年期，证券代 码：“112353”，证券简称：“16TCL02”）发行规模15 亿元，票面利率3.56%。
