- The appointment of M/s Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 102511W/W100298) as an Internal Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2025-26.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure-1 .
