Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that change in designation of Directors were approved at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (‘EOGM’) on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 02:00 P.M. 1. Mr. Umesh Kumar Sahay (DIN: 01773037) appointed as Managing Director with effect from 29[th] April, 2023 for a term of 5 years. The details required are given in Annexure-1.

2. Mr. Abhishek Narbaria (DIN: 01873087) appointed as Non-executive Non-independent Director of the company. The details required are given in Annexure-2.

3. Mr. Nikhil Dilipbhai Bhuta (DIN: 02111646) appointed as Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the company. The details required are given in Annexure-3.

4. Ms. Gayathri Srinivasan Iyer (DIN: 09054785) appointed as Non-executive Independent of the company with effect from 16[th] December, 2022 for a term of 5 years. The details required are given in Annexure-4.
