TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended on 31 December 2018 (the "Annual Report 2018") has been published today and is available to view on TBC PLC's website at www.tbcbankgroup.com.

A copy of the Annual Report 2018 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
