Notification of Second Quarter 2017 Financial Results

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial results for the second quarter 2017 will be published on Monday, 21 August 2017. 

The management team will host a conference call on the day to discuss the results. Full details of the event will be published in due course.

The results report and investor presentation will be made available at 7 am BST (10 am GET) on Monday, 21 August 2017 in the Investor Relations section of the Bank's corporate website at www.tbcbankgroup.com.
