Changes to TBC Bank's Supervisory Board

Further to its announcement of 21 February 2019, TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze have today officially submitted resignation letters and stepped down from the Supervisory Board of the JSC TBC Bank ("TBC Bank") with immediate effect. Mr. Khazaradze and Mr. Japaridze will continue to serve as Chairman and Deputy-Chairman of the Board of TBC PLC respectively. The process of recruiting and selecting two new members of the Supervisory Board of TBC Bank is underway and appointments will be made in due course.
