Directorate Change

TBC Bank today announces that Stefano Marsaglia and Stephan Wilcke both Non-Executive Directors of TBC Bank, are planning to stand down from the TBC Bank Board as part of the evolution of board composition. The process to recruit and select their successors has already commenced and it is planned that the Directors will leave the Board as and when suitable replacements are found during 2018.
