Purchase of Shares for the Taylor Wimpey Employee Benefit Trust

Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") has been notified by the Trustee of the Taylor Wimpey Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust") that between 17 and 18 December 2024, the Trust has purchased 3,177,840 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares") at an average price of 124.9967p per share.

The Shares will be held in the Trust, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Company's employees. The Shares will be used to satisfy the future vesting requirements under the terms of the Company's various share plans.

Following this purchase, the Trust holds a total of 3,644,044 ordinary shares, equating to 0.103% of the Company's issued share capital.
