Annual Report and Accounts 2023 incorporating the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting

We are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts 2023, incorporating the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be held in the Gerrards Suite at the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, Oxford Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 2XE on Tuesday 23 April 2024 at 10:30am.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the following documents have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at   https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism :

·         Annual Report and Accounts 2023;

·         Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting;

·         Notice of Availability letter sent to shareholders receiving web communications.

Hard copy versions of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.
