Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company")
Grant of options to Executive Directors under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave Plan")
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 R, the Company is pleased to announce that Pete Redfern, Ryan Mangold, and James Jordan, Executive Directors, have today been granted options to purchase 1p Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") under the 2014 award under the Company's 2004 Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of 90.00p per share, as detailed below. The Sharesave Plan is an 'All Employee' share plan available to all UK employees subject to qualifying conditions.
