TAYLOR WIMPEY PLC - DIRECTORS' SHARE DEALINGS

Taylor Wimpey plc (the 'Company') announces that following the achievement of performance conditions in respect of nil cost options granted on 6 August 2010 under the Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan ('PSP') and the consequent partial vesting of those options, the Directors of the Company named below have today carried out the following transactions.
