Board Committee Change

Taylor Wimpey plc announces that Scilla Grimble, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and a current member of the Audit Committee, will be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 September 2024.  Scilla will succeed Humphrey Singer, who has chaired the Audit Committee since February 2018 and is approaching nine years as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
