Our Company has submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board on November 20, 2025 to amend article 6 of Our Company's articles of association, titled "Capital", in order to extend the validity period of Our Company's authorized capital upper limit from year 2025 to 2029.

The amendment will be proposed to the approval of the first General Assembly after the necessary approvals of the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye are obtained.
