TAV Havalimanları Yönetim Kurulu, 19 Mart 2025 tarihinde Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğinden ayrılan Sn. Renaud Duplay 'ın yerine Sn. Justine Coutard'ın Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak seçilmesine karar vermiştir.

Sn.Justine Coutard Yönetim Kurulu Başkan lığı görevini üstlenecek olup, Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olarak görev yapmakta olan Sn. Xavier Hürstel ise Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak görevine devam edecektir.

Justine Coutard

1985 doğumlu olan Justine Coutard, École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris ve École Nationale d'Administration okullarından mezun oldu. 2011 ile 2015 yılları arasında "Inspection Générale des Finances" (Maliye Bakanlığı Denetim Bölümü) üyesi olan Coutard, ardından P roje Y öneticisi olarak bu bölümün başında görev yaptı. Nisan 2015'te Groupe ADP'ye katılan Justine Coutard, Paris-Charles de Gaulle Havalimanı O perasyon B ölümü Genel Sekreteri ve Müşteri Kalite Direktörü olarak görev yaptı. Ardindan 2016 ile 2017 yılları arasında Finans, Yönetim ve Strateji Direktörü oldu. 2017'den 2020'ye kadar Kamu Eylemi ve Hesaplar Bakanı'nın Ö zel K alem M üdür Y ardımcısı ve Ö zel K alem M üdürü olarak görev yaptı. Ekim 2020'den beri Paris-Orly Havalimanı'nın Genel Müdürü olarak görev yapıyordu. Justine Coutard, 18 Şubat 2025'te Groupe ADP'nin İcra Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı oldu.

TAV Airports Board of Directors has appoint ed Ms. Justine Coutard as a Board Member to replace Mr. Renaud Duplay, who resigned from his duty on March 19, 2025.

Ms. Justine Coutard will serve as Chair of the Board of Directors, while Mr. Xavier Hürstel, who has been serving as Chair of the Board, will continue to serve as a Board Member.

Justine Coutard

Born in 1985, Justine Coutard is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, and a former student of the École Nationale d'Administration . From 2011 to 2015, she was a member of "Inspection Générale des Finances" (Finance Ministry A udit D ivision), then P roject M anager for the head of this department. Justine Coutard first joined Groupe ADP in April 2015 as G eneral S ecretary of the O perations D ivision and as Customer Q uality D irector at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Then, she was D irector of F inance, M anagement and S trategy (2016-2017). From 2017 to 2020, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff, then Chief of Staff to the Minister of Public Action and Accounts. She had been the Managing D irector of Paris-Orly Airport since October 2020. On 18 February 2025, Justine Coutard bec ame Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe ADP.
