Şirket esas sözleşmemizin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6. maddesinin, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ile Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde; ekteki şekilde tadili için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru 20 Kasım 2025 tarihinde yapılmıştır.

Esas sözleşme tadili Genel Kurul onayına tabidir.

Our Company has submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board on November 20, 2025 to amend article 6, titled "Capital" of Our Company's articles of association as attached, in accordance with the principles of Capital Markets Law, Turkish Commercial Code and related legislation.

Amendment to the articles of association is subject to approval by the General Assembly.

This disclosure statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.  In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of  this statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
