Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, Şirket esas sözleşmesinin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6. maddesinin, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ile Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde; ekteki şekilde tadili için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı'ndan izinlerin alınması için gerekli işlemlerin yapılmasına karar vermiştir.

Esas sözleşme tadili Genel Kurul onayına tabidir.

Our Company's Board of Directors has resolved to take the necessary actions in order to obtain the approvals of the Capital Markets Board and  Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, to amend article 6, titled "Capital" of Our Company's articles of association as attached, in accordance with the principles of Capital Markets Law, Turkish Commercial Code and related legislation.

Amendment to the articles of association is subject to approval by the General Assembly.

This disclosure statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.  In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of  this statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
