We refer to the amended and restated prospectus of Taurus Gold Corp. (formerly Nouagoha Mining Inc.) (the "Company") dated September 9, 2021 relating to the offering of 8,000,000 Units at a price of $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,000,000.

We consent to being named and to the use, in the above-mentioned amended and restated prospectus, of our report dated March 3, 2021 to the shareholders of the Company on the following financial statements:
