Fulfillment of the conditions suspending the loan agreement

In reference to the current report no. 5/2018 of March 8, 2018 withrespect to the financing of Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A., theManagement Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Issuer") informs thattoday it has received from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego information thatall the suspending conditions, specified in the loan agreement concludedbetween Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola S.A. (entity in which the Issuerholds indirectly, via its TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. subsidiary, a 50%stake in the share capital) and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and PolskieGórnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A., have been fulfilled.
