Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. with its headquarters in Demänovská Dolina 72, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, the Slovak Republic, ID No.: 31 560 636, registered in the Business Register by the District Court of Žilina, Section: Sa, File No. 62/L (the "Company") as an issuer of securities admitted to trading at a listed market and a free market, hereunder announces the following current report:

On October 29, 2020 the District Court of Žilina registered the merger of the 1. Tatranská, akciová spoločnosť company, with its registered office at K vodopádom 4051, 059 85 Štrbské Pleso, ID No.: 31 395 783, registered in the Business Register by the District Court Prešov, Section: Sa, File no. 10427/P, as the dissolved company with the Company as the successor company, effective as of 01/11/2020. On November 1, 2020 the entire equity of the dissolved 1. Tatranská, akciová spoločnosť will be transferred to the Company as the successor company as a result of the merger.
