Additional Explanations

Our Company's net distributable profit for the year 2024 calculated according to the financial statements prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards is TL 1,490,823,427. In the calculations made in our Company's financial statements prepared in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law (VUK), there is no net distributable profit due to previous year losses. Since the net distributable profit for the year 2024 calculated according to the financial statements prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards is not covered in the calculations made according to the financial statements prepared in accordance with VUK, it has been decided to propose that the net distributable profit for the year 2024 calculated according to the financial statements prepared in accordance with Turkish Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards be classified as extraordinary reserves.
