Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') announces that ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') were released on 18 April 2024 to Bill Magee and Melissa Law, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.

This release of 6,980 Shares to Bill Magee and 5,028 Shares to Melissa Law corrects the withholding of tax applied to the release of Shares to Bill and Melissa on 2 April 2024 pursuant to the vesting of their Restricted Share Awards (announced on 4 April 2024, RNS Number: 3412J). For tax purposes, the market value of the Shares remains 608.5 pence per Share. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these Shares.
