Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that today Javed Ahmed, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) at 624.00 pence per Share. The Shares will be registered in the name of his two children.

Following the transactions, Mr Ahmed now has an interest in 1,224,457 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
