TATATU S.P.A.: APPROVAZIONE DELL' AUMENTO DI CAPITALE DA PARTE DALL'ASSEMBLEA STRAORDINARIA DEGLI AZIONISTI TENUTASI IN DATA 20 DICEMBRE 2022

Rome, 20 Dicembre 2022 - Tatatu S.p.A. (la "Società ") società proprietaria di TaTaTu, piattaforma di intrattenimento basata sulla sharing economy dei dati e sulla circular economy, (la "Società") quotata attraverso Direct Listing delle azioni sull'Euronext Growth Paris (ticker code: ALTTU), rende noto che l'Assemblea Straordinaria degli azionisti riuntasi in data odierna ha deliberato l'aumento di capitale in danaro con esclusione del diritto di opzione mediante l'emissione di 1.325.000 azioni ordinarie per un controvalore pari ad euro 2.650.000 in favore di Anivad Consulting Ltd. L'aumento di capitale sarà efficace a seguito dell'iscrizione dell'atto del Notaio presso il registro delle imprese.
