Subject: Intimation of allotment of Equity Shares

This is to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide circular resolution dated February 19, 2026, approved allotment of 37,344 Equity Shares of the face value of ₹ 2 each fully paid up under the ‘Tata Technologies Limited Share based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2022’.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 81,15,28,710 divided into 40,57,64,355 Equity Shares of ₹ 2 each to ₹ 81,15,61,896 divided into 40,58,01,699 Equity Shares of ₹ 2 each.

The Company has already received the in-principle approval in respect of these shares from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide letter no. NSE/LIST/41259 dated May 22, 2024 and from BSE Limited vide letter no. DCS/IPO/TL/ESOP-IP/3175/2024-25 dated May 23, 2024.

The disclosures as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are given in the ‘ Annexure A ’.
