Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Tata Technologies Limited (‘the Company’) at its meeting held today, i.e., November 15, 2025, approved issuance of Corporate Guarantee in favour of lender of its wholly owned subsidiary.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), are given in Annexure A to this letter.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.33 p.m.

The Corporate Guarantee of USD 60 Mn will be given in favour of MUFG Bank, Ltd., Singapore to secure term loan facility of USD 60 Mn to be borrowed by TTPL. The Corporate Guarantee will be valid for 5 years or until the outstanding loan is fully repaid, whichever occurs first. |
