Subject: Intimation of changes in role of Senior Management Personnel under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with reference to our earlier intimations dated March 5, 2024, February 28, 2025 and March 11, 2025 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company have today approved the following:

• a) Mr. Anish Raghunandan, President & Client Partner (Tata Motors Group) SBU categorized as Senior Management Personnel now assumes the role of President, Operations & Client Partner, TML Group.

• b) Mr. Nachiket Paranjpe, Global Automotive Sales Delivery Head – Embedded categorized as Senior Management Personnel now assumes the role of President, Global Industries & ESS Delivery.

• c) Ms. Sukanya S., Chief Operating Officer, categorized as Senior Management Personnel now assumes the role of Chief Transformation Officer.

The details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given as Annexure ‘A’.

3	Brief profile	a) Mr. Anish Raghunandan -
		Mr. Anish Raghunandan is a senior business leader with over 23 years of experience across the automotive and engineering services sectors. He currently serves as President & Client Partner (Tata Motors Group) SBU at Tata Technologies and has played a key role in strengthening strategic customer relationships and driving business growth. In his expanded role, he will oversee TML Group Sales, ER&D and DES Delivery, Education Business, and Consultative SMEs, and will also spearhead the Company’s AI First organization. b) Mr. Nachiket Paranjpe – Mr. Nachiket Paranjpe is a senior business leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive and embedded systems domain. He currently leads Global Automotive Sales and ESS Delivery at Tata Technologies and has played an important role in driving customer engagement, business growth, and delivery alignment across the automotive and embedded portfolio. In his expanded role, he will oversee Global Industries and ESS Delivery, with additional responsibility for IHM, Aerospace, and Product Sales. c) Ms. Sukanya S. - Ms. Sukanya S. is a senior leader with over 35 years of experience in operations, business transformation, and enterprise enablement. As Chief Operating Officer, she has contributed to strengthening operational effectiveness and organizational capability across the enterprise. In her new role as Chief Transformation Officer,
