Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform that Ms. S. Sukanya has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company w.e.f. March 6, 2024. Her appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee today.
