Subject: Intimation regarding change in Senior Management Personnel
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company today, approved the appointment of Ms. Geena Binoy as Chief Human Resource Officer (“CHRO”), a Senior Management Personnel, w.e.f. September 10, 2024 in place of Mr. Pawan Bhageria who ceases to be CHRO but will continue to lead the Education Vertical within our Technology Solutions division.
The details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given as Annexure ‘A’

September 10, 2024.
