This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2021 discussed the succession plan for Mr. Muralidharan H V, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company who superannuates on July 31, 2021.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee in consultation with Audit Committee of the Company has recommended the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Bajaj as CFO Designate with immediate effect. Mr. Bajaj will take over as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01, 2021.

Mr. Gaurav Bajaj, aged 41 years and currently designated as Vice President - Finance, is a Chartered Accountant with over 18+ years of experience in Business Finance ‐ Financial Planning & Analysis, Deal structuring & Pricing, Financial Modelling, Contracting and negotiations.

This intimation is pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).
