Sub: Change in KMP – Chief Financial Officer of the Company

Further to intimation dated April 22, 2021 on succession planning for the Chief Financial Officer, we wish to inform that Mr. Gaurav Bajaj has assumed the office of Chief Financial Officer and will be one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01, 2021, in place of Mr. Muralidharan HV, who superannuated from the services of the Company on July 31, 2021.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given as Annexure A to this letter.

This intimation is pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
