This is to inform that the 30[th ] Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday July 17, 2019 at 12.30 P.M, at St John's Auditorium, John Nagar, Koramangala, Bengaluru - 560 034

Please take on record that the Register of Members of the Company will be closed from July 10, 2019 to July 17, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend to be approved at the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company convened to be held on July 17, 2019.

Share transfers in physical form, duly executed and valid, will be accepted up to the close of business hours on July 10, 2019 for the purpose of determining the members holding shares in physical form, who will receive dividend.

In respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners as at closing hours of business on July 10, 2019 as per details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose.

Dividend, if approved at the 30[th ] Annual General Meeting, will be payable on or after July 17, 2019.
